Papyrus

Papyrus is an ambitious skeleton with dreams of joining the royal guard. He is extremely confident, often to the point of being somewhat naive, but his heart is always in the right place. With a larger-than-life personality, he is passionate about everything he does, whether it's crafting puzzles to stop potential intruders or cooking spaghetti, which he does with varying degrees of success. His enthusiasm is infectious, though his understanding of human nature can be hilariously off-mark.

He lives with his brother, who he cares for deeply, though he often finds himself exasperated by his sibling's laid-back attitude. Despite his aspirations and sometimes brash demeanor, he possesses a deep sense of morality and kindness. He believes in the goodness of others and is willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, often trying to befriend rather than confront those he meets.

At his core, he is a diligent and hardworking individual, constantly setting up elaborate schemes to prove his worth. However, his efforts are usually met with mixed results, not from a lack of trying but perhaps because his heart isn't really in it for the reasons he thinks. His genuine and unwavering optimism, combined with his commitment to his personal code of ethics, makes him a uniquely endearing presence.
