Android 18

An android with infinite energy reserves and created as a result of human modification. She has the appearance of a beautiful young woman with blonde hair, and is more practical and serious than her brother Android 17. Though an android, 18 has a strong interest in fashion and can show signs of affection, as she did when she kissed Krillin goodbye after their first encounter.

Android 18 is the result of cybernetic modification of the human girl Lazuli and is the twin sister of Android 17. She deeply resented Dr. Gero for capturing and experimenting on her and her brother, and refused to obey his orders. Because of this, Dr. Gero installed an emergency shutdown switch and self-destruct device in the pair.

After witnessing him destroy the remote needed to shut down her and her brother, as well as him asking Shenron to remove the bombs inside the twins, Android 18 began to see Krillin in a new light. She eventually married him, and though she still retained her cold and distant personality, she showed concern for Krillin when he followed [chacter:4479499 the Supreme Kai] and the others after the World Tournament.
