Otherwise known as Rintarou Okabe, is a freshman at Tokyo Denki University and is a very eccentric person, playing the role of a mad scientist who runs a laboratory right above the Braun Tube Workshop. He spends his spare time inventing useless and odd gadgets that are supposed to unleash chaos upon the world. El Psy Kongroo!
